we are Marco 44 and Elena 41, a married couple from Milano - Italy.

SHORTLY ABOUT US
I (Marco) work as an analyst in IT area / Elena works as a commercial employee.
We are an easy and happy couple that love nature, animals and simply life.
We love travelling and meeting local people, helping them at their place. We’ve wwoofed and helpxed a number of times in Europe (Finland, Sweden, Holland, Norway, UK, Madeira) over the past five years (during our summer and winter holidays) and always found it a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
We finally got a 6 months career break and we are travelling around Azores, then next destination is Scotland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As surfer, we like in our free time travel using Wwoof or HelpX formula - we like this type of "cooperation" - meet local people and live with them we think is very interesting and beautiful. It would be nice to find hosts that an offer us a bed while traveling.

As host, we are happy to host people, when possible. It would be nice to share experience or understand "the meaning of life" by someone else ^^

My wife and I are taking now a 6 months career break and travelling!
