Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life." - The Secret Life of Walter Mitty -
This phrase sums up why I'm here.

Music, Movies, and Books

wow..I listen to several kinds of music, international rock (The Who, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, David Bowie, The Lumineers, Pearl Jam and their frontman Eddie Vedder, ACDC ... ) reggae, italian music (Lucio Dalla, Vinicio Capossela, Modena City Ramblers, Mannarino, Sud Sound System, F. De Gregori, F. De André, F. Guccini and so many others), ska, jazz, blues...!!

The movies that have recently blown my mind are The Secret Life of Walter Mitty by Ben Stiller and Into the Wild by Sean Penn.

About books..wow..I really like to read poetries..you can read them everywhere and in different ways: you can read all alone or with someone else, aloud or whispering or in silence.
You can read from the first poetry to the last one or, why not, from the last to the first one. You can skip those you don't understand or like and you have not to read them all at once.
You can sip them.
And you decide the rhythm of reading. You are the captain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I reanimated an old man, but he was too much compromised and he died despite the efforts.
After almost 2 hours I helped a Philippine girl to give birth to her son and after 2 months she invited me to the baptism of her son.
That's the most incredible thing..oh, well..the most incredible gift i've ever received..to see the extremities of life in the same afternoon.
