Hey I'm Marco, Marco Polo or any other nickname that people come up with. Just finished my apprenticeship and want to travel the world on an open ended holiday to have a few experiences. I've always wanted to see how other people live and the only way to find out is by going and looking so that's pretty much my plan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Want to meet new people from different lifestyles make a few friends and go to the hidden places in the world, the small places ones that only someone growing up in the city would know to go. Anyone can see the major attractions but I don't want to miss out on all the small things.I think this would be the best way to really see the world and hope that whoever takes me in I hope feels the same way.

Interests

I enjoy anything that gets me on my feet. I've tried my hand at most sports and like most of them and would very happily go to a local gig of any sort for a laugh. When I've tired myself out from all of that I like to read a good horror or fantasy novel or even play a game of cards.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all sorts of music don't really have a type but some of my favourites are tool, chilli peppers and Alice in chains.
I love my fantasy films and a big fan of lord of the rings and Star Wars not the mention a big horror nut.
I get into most books I read as long as they're well written I can get into it pretty easily

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been working outside all my life with a lot of different people so I've learnt a whole lot of useful things as well as a lot of useless ones but I bring a football wherever I go so I can teach anyone the rules to a game of Aussie rules football of interested.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm looking to stay with people who feel the same way I like to wander and listen to other peoples stories so anyone with a few of those to tell look no further than me. I'm happy to follow the rules and really appreciate the fact that you're willing to open your house to me and hope that we can both learn a little from each other
