ABOUT ME

Born and raised New Yorker from Jamaica Queens. I love my home and city but at this moment I'm thirsty for adventure, novelty and spontaneity. Now that I've finished college and don't have any job prospects, I'm on the road again. Been to many places, had many great experiences, hope to have many more. So grateful to be alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To experience places like a local and above all, share the kind of experiences that made this community what it is. I was hooked ever since my first couchsurfing experience in Boston, this site just attracts the most amazing, open minded people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed in Boston, Cleveland (twice!), Montreal, Toronto, DR, looking forward to many more. All experiences were fantastic and I met some amazing folks. Unfortunately I've never been able to host but I'm looking forward to when I settle down somewhere.

Interests

I'm interested in just about anything, country rock, astronomy, kayaking, whatever I find myself doing. Growing up in new york I did a lot of biking, and played loads of basketball, but I'm always down for a football game or whatever sport is in wherever Im at haha. I love discussing ideas and sharing experiences, main reason for surfing!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all music, partial to hip hop because thats what I heard growing up, also love rock but I'm always . I enjoy film, my favorite being Pulp Fiction, and in general just about anything Tarrantino does. I also enjoy fictional literature, satire is my favorite genre. Although, if someone is nice enough to give me a book, I'll always read it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept on the beach in DR in a hammock. If you try this out, bring warm clothes lol!
