ABOUT ME

I was born in the sunny and happy island in the south of Italy, the Sicily.
This island has raised me, near to the sea, the mountain and genuine relationship.
My first adventure started when i was 18: like almost every italians who wants to try something different (and finally do the same thing) i went to live in London, in the UK, working and doing different things, from dishwasher to cleaning room in hotel to employee in store dressed.
From that first adventure a lot of things happen: i have studied at university of bologna, social anthropology. I've shared my life living in a student's house with ten people, i have participated in volunteering project as wwoof in organic farm or with children in Morocco, constructed ecological house with straw bale, lived a year to Paris, worked in the Switzerland and French vineyard.
Always moving, especially the last three years, and always changing my point of view about the life. Always studying and trying to find a synthesis about the manual work and the intellectual theory.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in CS hosting people hosting people when i have a house(but in the last three years i didn't have a fixed base) and hosting also people who are not in CS but are also travelers as everybody.
I use also CS for getting know with different culture, know interesting people and discover the place that i'm visiting from their perspective.

Interests

Talking with people about simple aspect of the day or about the maximum philosophical system, reading book, walking on the nature, sleeping in the sleeping bag, discover about myself trough different culture, making photo with analogical camera, know about political and social situation in different part of the world, neoliberalism is shit, organic farm, wwoof, permaculture and natural building, meditation and vyphassana.
