About Me
ABOUT ME
I recently moved back to the UK after spending 2019 in Ethiopia. More than travelling, I love living in different places and really getting to know them well. But I also love travelling, especially the feeling of the open road...
I have lived in England, Italy, Colombia, Ethiopia and now again in the UK.
I have a Masters in Anthropology and Development, which basically means I enjoy making simple things complicated and complicated things simple.
I work in the humanitarian sector, but my favourite book is Zorba the Greek...this means a contradictory cosmology, wavering between caring about human life and yet not taking it too seriously.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Between 2013 and 2015 I was backpacking in South America and started attending Couchsurfing events. Whilst I never used it that much as I was usually travelling making last minute plans, I think it is a great tool for meeting new people and sharing our cultures.
I may occasionally be able to host people, otherwise I am happy to meet anyone travelling to London and to take them out with my friends, or for a walk, or whatever plan comes up!

What I Can Share with Hosts
Good vibes and good Italian/Greek food!
I am very passionate about what I study and love sharing what I have had the luck to learn.
I enjoy food (a lot of it), deep conversations, sports... there is not much I don't enjoy or that I will not at least give a go at!
I can also juggle on a slackline if you need a clown.
