Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unless your REQUEST will start with words - SVEIKS, MARIS! I will most likely not gonna accept requests!!! As there`s too many people wasting time, and have no profile info , cant even spell Your name, want to save money and use CS as hostel.

As much as possible, I am hosting people... making meetings, and meeting people all over world.One of best things is to met new people, and share information. And also getting couch sometimes. Its really useful experience ;)
I enjoy to meet people who know what CS is and how it works, and I hate copy/paste writers, and selfish unpersonalised requests, especially late ones. So if its a late, give me a reason and tell why you need a couch just now. Also as I am too busy replying to timewasters, i want to add something to requests I am recieving.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met loads of people in random countries in Europe, mainly in CS meetings.
I have hosted over 300 people over past few years, and theres more to come, as my house is open to true passionate travelers, friendly and kind people.
So far so good, and most of my guests become my friends, and that is simply amazing.

Interests

I have variety of interests - main ones are Photography and Sport - Ice hockey, football, volleyball, beach volley. Than lately I discovered surfing and its really amazing, I think everyone shall try it.
I like photography and to travel and meet new people all across the world. I enjoy meeting and helping tourists, and if possible shoving them surroundings, and advising on places to visit in Scotland and not only here.

Music, Movies, and Books

Various genres and bands, depending on what I do and mood of course :)
Really random taste, starting with Bob Marley and ending with AC/DC and everything in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hosted more than 300 people and met so many happy travellers after they have seen most beautiful places in Scotland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my knowledge about things i know. Show off my city and area, give some tips for travel and points of interest. Learn some words in few languages.
I can teach You how to take a Panorama selfie ( amazing thing)

All what I know and You don't, just ask ... my home becomes Your, and all You need to do is be nice and respectfull and appreaciate things
