About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Open a hostel.

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, I've been traveling hard for the last 10 years, but always coming back. In June 2013 I left Argentina and started a trip looking for my place in the world. Im self-employed, so everyday im working on my laptop, meaning: traveling but not on holidays. Living one month here, one month there, making lot of small and big trips; alone, with friends, brothers. Visiting the people I like the most, no matter where they live.

I might snore a bit. I don't smoke. Love cheese, coffee and beer. My friends say i am good to encourage people to do things everybody will say "don't do that". I always take that as a compliment.

PHILOSOPHY

"In the end, everything always ends well"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When having home, hosting and dedicating plenty of time to my guests. Going and showing them around, giving tips, information, anything to make the trip different and special.
When traveling, surfing from time to time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed during the World Cups in Germany and SouthAfrica with amazing people. I learned and did stuffs i would have never done in a hostel. Getting involved with the local way of living as well as feeling home in many of those new places.
During my bike trip in Europe met wonderful people, some of them I'm still in contact with and will definitely be visiting/meeting them again.
I hosted people both in Argentina and in Austria. I like to get to know my guests/hosts and share time and activities with them. Always the experience with a local is going to be richer.

Interests

I love to host. Im planning to open my own ho(s)tel soon.

Sailing! I always looked at the boats on the river and finally started a few years ago. Currently going sailing wherever I have the chance.

Also kind of World-Cup-fan... I attended to my 3rd tournament in a row. Plans coming for Russia.

And, in spite of not playing any instrument, i love music and reading about the bands and their stories. Very basic tango dancer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pink Floyd, Toten Hosen, Killers, Bowie, Queen, Beatles, Me first and the gimme gimme's, Pulp and all these commercial songs that last a couple of months. Love the 90s!

When comes to books, i like those about reality: shock therapy, confessions of an economic hit-man and everything what is based on real events and can leave me any kind of lesson. Right now reading the karamazovs brothers.

Tiempo de valientes and Nueve reinas, probably my two favorite argentine movies. V (from vendetta), Zeitgeist, Matrix, The edukators and some other documentaries with the same moral: showing that everything arround us is kind of fake, a few guys move the world at their will and you just have to try to enjoy as much as you can. Life is short!
