About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Creating a flexible net - of what I love and know - while moving forward..

ABOUT ME

For me Curiosity is THE drug: I've tried to stop but I fear it's too late!
Humans have always inspired me! I've had the gift of meeting such incredible mentors and masters and for this I'm extremely grateful.
I always try to give back to others what I know and do, pieces of my story that could be helpful for other growing humans like me.

PHILOSOPHY (or LIFE LESSONS)

Stop for a minute without thinking for a second, have a minimum plan, sometimes just hug, do not make promises but be honest about who you are, fooling yourself means often fooling others, it feels strange aiming to balance if you haven't tried the opposites before, experiment before talking, go deep into the "bathus logos", seeking clarity means disentangling complexity, be relaxed, enjoy the path and dream on your stars, turning points are always around the corner!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a free, fun and smart way of sharing cultures. You get a more "real" taste of how is to live in and be from a different country than yours. It gives you the feel of discovering "more" in that place rather to be visiting from a tourist point of view.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: nice thing about music is that as I grow new genres start tingling my mind. In the last 7 years I dip especially into IDM and Left-field ranging from minimal, prog house, deep, ambient, trance to indie, contemporary classical, symphonic, prog rock, psychedelic rock, acid rock and so on... in general I'm more interested to ignore the boundaries of genre classifications to search for sounds that could satisfy with my need of feeling specific sensations.
Here you can have a taste of this nonsense: https://open.spotify.com/user/1168311141/playlist/4yAyv1xGkxaMOVBTwoLMWg

MOVIES: I'm constantly looking for trippy, strange, scenografic films that can either thrill, scare or let me think. Lately I'm loving all the movies from an indie film production company called A24

Here is a list of my last favourites:
- Gone Girl
- Nightcrawler
- Deadpool saga
- The Nice Guys
- Hardcore Henry
- The Cabin in the Woods
- Interstellar
- Mr Nobody
- The Shawshank Redemption
- Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
- Pumping Iron
- Enter the Void
- Love
- Climax
- Collateral beauty
- Revolver
- Kinsey
- The Place
- The hitman's bodyguard
- Prova a prendermi

BOOKS:

I was addicted to philosophical/spiritual/self help books in a way that I could not read any narratives. Now I'm healing with some novels ..but still in the interior/psychological genre!
