About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Ever try. Ever fail. No matter.Try again. Fail again. Fail better. (S. Beckett)

ABOUT ME
I'm Italian but I spent the last 12 years wandering around. After 8 years in the Middle East, working for an NGO, I'm now in London.

I'm quiet, patient and reserved. I can respect silence and personal spaces. However, I also like to go out and party every once in a while. I love cooking, travelling and discovering new places and things and getting to know people. I don't like chit-chats so much but always up for interesting conversations.

I'll do my best to answer to all messages as soon as I can; I'd appreciate if you could do the same, even if the answer is no.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

WHY I'M ON COUCHSURFING
because the easiness with which trust grows between people while travelling always amazes me

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
It's a circle: do good and you'll get good. After being hosted a few times, I'm trying to give back hosting as much as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

Literatures used to be my passion, even though I'm struggling to find the time to read as much as I'd like to.
a lot of music, basically all genres depending on the mood.
TV series addicted.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Exploring the world under the sea in Raja Ampat, camping under the Northern lights in Lapland, strolling with Komodo dragons, losing myself in Angkor Wat, caving in the biggest caves complex on earth in Vietnam, sharing meals with Bedouins in the Palestinian desert, whale-watching in Canada and Sri Lanka, spending 3 days living on tree-houses in Laos, dancing all night long in a desert until the sunrise, looking and listening to the jungle waking up from the roof of a Mayan temple in Guatemala, hearing the roam of an active volcano while walking on its rim and looking at the magma inside the crater in Java, eating alive octopus in Seoul, hiking in Petra, wandering through the Buddhist temples in Bagan...

Teach, Learn, Share

everyone has something to teach and learn, as long as he/she is open to share things.
