ABOUT ME

I grew up in the countryside on the hills around Firenze, then i started to travel to see and meet different people and ways of living.
Hitchhiking in Australia and shocking in Indonesia, volunteering in Palestine and playing in a circus in Hungary. Then went to India where i studied Indian Music, Raga, on bansuri flute, and graduated at the Conservatory of Indian music in Italy. I then got my BA in Cultural Anthropology at University of Bologna.
I am now working as a chimney sweeper and live in the countryside around Firenze. I play in a psychedelic rock band and at times i perform Indian music too.
I sometimes live alone, sometimes with my beloved 2 and a half year old child Ulisse.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At this time I cannot travel, therefore I am really glad to meet travellers (not tourists please)! I really enjoy getting to know ways of living and understanding the world different from mines, in front of a glass of wine, under the stars or the citylights!
