I love sailing on the river of Rosario and wakeboard there. Spend time with friends and even more if it's doing exciting stuff, such as biking, surfing, skating or any other exterme sport.

Surf in some spots not too much known in Ecuador and Mexico.
Skydiving
Walk the entire Macchu Picchu and get my legs burnt as I have never got them before.

Can teach wakeboard, maths (if you are a nerd hehe), maybe some calisthenics stuff.
