ABOUT ME

I'm Marc, I'm from the Netherlands. I love to travel, to enjoy life, to hang out with people, see what drives them, can be fascinated by nature, people, history, the small things in life. But I don't like to do see things in a small perspective! After I got a master's degree in engineering I decided to make a 'slight' change of life, see the world, move to South America and teach English here.

Now back in the Netherlands I have a buys daily life, spending my time at work, going out for sports and hanging out with friends. Explore everything that will make this world better and makes me enjoy life more! I love to meet new (international) people and hang out for a drink, show people around here.

Recently I started a bike tour agency in Gouda. My goal is to show people the beautiness of the classic Dutch landscape by bike. I try to do this by offering several guided bike tours starting from Gouda to several places around. (My agency is called Green Cow Bike Tours if you're interested ;)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Latin America I enjoy couchsurfing several times by getting to know locals and being hosted a few times. I also guided a few people in the city where I lived (Cuenca, Ecuador)

At the moment I work 5 days a week so I won't be able to host actively (except for the weekends). I try to meet couchsurfers now and then to show them the beauty of my country and life.
