Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to be honest, I love travelling, genuine travelling not the kind with the tours. Staying and experiencing that country through the eyes of a local, that's what I want.

Interests

Sports - football, volleyball, Frisbee, you name it, I'll play it. Art, currently photography is my main medium but I also do painfully bad sketches. Wandering aimlessly, taking in the sights, smells and sounds of whatever the world has to offer, and hopefully make this life worth living.

My music taste is pretty eclectic, throughout my life I've had phases with everything from big band Jazz to Indie folk to Metalcore, currently very into R&B.

Big fan of movies that blow your mind, Se7en, The Sixth Sense, The Village, Gone Girl, Predestination, Nightcrawler, Identity. Also a total sucker for indie rom coms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived 2 years of military service that all Singaporean males have to go through. I can tell you all about it.

Eaten 11 desserts in a day in Paris.

If you ever need some Jungle survival tips just ask. Wouldn't mind learning French or how to stop bingeing on ice cream. Share life stories? Ice cream?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can ensure some pretty solid conversations on global politics, international relations, and Asian culture and I can probably teach conversational Chinese. I could help photograph things, weddings, events, or you?
