About Me

Update 12/12/2016: I am taking a break from hosting for a while as I adapt to a new lifestyle revolving around Ironman training. I will be back to hosting when I can understand my time available to commit to it.

Known to be respectful and easy-going; motivated to capitalize on adventurous opportunities when they arise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to learn from locals when I travel, and if I can do the same for someone else, I can get a sense of fulfillment from it.

I work the weekdays like the majority of the US population from 8-5. If you're staying a weeknight, I usually keep it pretty quiet - to bed early and up and out of the house early. If you are requesting a weekend from me, please make sure you are adventurous and open to active experiences. I like to get up early and go for a hike or a run or go to the beach and surf or go for a bike ride. I'm not on here to meet people that just want to stay home and sit on the couch.

As a personal rule, I do not accept requests for those that are in process of relocating, on a job hunt, or using couch surfing as a means to save money. Please refrain from contacting me if those are your intentions. Couchsurfing to me is a method of making connections around the world and sharing different perspectives. If those are your intentions, I'd love to meet you!

I admire those with the ability of packing light :)
