About Me

ABOUT ME

If out and about, I put myself out there to meet new people, live in the moment and like to make people laugh. I don't mind a drink/dance, hitting the beach for snorkelling/fishing, or whatever may be on offer!

When working, I'm working on my business. I run a startup for international students which provides furnished accommodation and activities like salsa nights, boat trips or wine tasting trips L, each designed to help them enjoy their stay 😊

I have recently got myself back into cooking, and have been going to crossfit (perhaps your like to join for a workout, or just chill, either is fine for me!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best description of an amazing sunset experience in Chachua, Mexico (National Park):
The sun set slowly across a curving beach, capped with mountains and curling around as far as the eye could see. Powerful 6 metre high waves crashed down alongside the beach break wall to my left and down into the mouth of a estuary river to my right. Off the break wall, local fishermen with hand reels were hauling in fish the size of yellowfin tunas for dinner.

As the sun set overhead, ever changing hues of pink, orange, and purple stretched out across fluffy low lying clouds. The colours echoed across the expansive river on one side, and the fierce ocean on the other.

Dinner was fresh 'ceviche' fish, pulled from the ocean in front of us, cooked with lime juice, garnished with fresh chilli and complimented by a number of cold Mexican beers and broken Spanish with the locals.

An other-worldly place.
