Overview
About Me
Occasional worker, frequent traveller. From a National Park in New Zealand so grew up surrounded by nature and camping adventures, but love exploring big cities too.
My parents ran a backpacker homestay style hostel so I was constantly surrounded by travellers, different cultures, different food growing up. Now I get a chance to go and visit these places
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Staying in a hostel is nice sometimes, but it doesn't offer the cultural experience a local can give
Interests
Looking at doing hiking, freediving, scuba diving, surfing, kite boarding, rock climbing, and whatever else grabs my attention while I'm travelling.
I love food and love to eat with local people, eating local food. I tell myself that I will taste anything once!
Still discovering new interests after a few years working non stop. Love travelling, such a great way to meet new people, see new sights, and grow as a person.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music ranges from indie pop to edm, rock, I'm not that picky. Depends on the day and what my ears are craving.
Usually read fantasy books. I feel like you either enjoy fantasy or you hate it
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking through the Myanmar jungle, sleeping in a treehouse, avoiding giant spiders, guides clearing a path with machetes, and tubing down the river at the end
What I Can Share with Hosts
An open mind, an adventurous spirit, and hopefully a few laughs.
And I can shout you a meal out at your favourite restaurant.
