Heya! The travelbug hit me some years ago and since then I've always been itching to go away every chance I get. Have been to quite a few places, but far from enough. Besides travelling, love photography, scuba/freediving, (board)games, music, whisky, beer and buttloads more. Would love to travel more, meet more people and dive in new places.

Music - play guitar / piano (a bit). Listen to (Progressive) Rock, Metal, Blues, Classic and everything in between. Just no rap or r&b or crazy ass 200bpm electronic music.
Movies - Fantasy/Sci-fi/Comedy/STUFF . Everything, as long as it's interesting. As for comedy: Monty Python, Flight of the Conchords: yes! Dumb and Dumber-style American movies with predictable plots and laugh tapes: no.
Books - Fantasy mostly. Brandon Sanderson, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, George Orwell and many many more.

I'm terrible at picking one thing so here's a few:
- Bungee jumping off Bloukrans South Africa at 216 meters.
- Freediving! Currently to 30 meters and looking forwards to getting better.
- Seeing a wild baby turtle crawl from the sand to the sea in Borneo
- Scubadiving every day for months in the Philippines
- Skydiving over Cape Town
- Doing a solo jump out of an airplane

Biggest bucketlist item: WINGSUIT!

A nice collection of boardgames to play, sunny garden, hanging out, listening to music, talking about anything over a beer, wine or whisky. And if I'm not around during the day, the vibrant city centre of Groningen is only a bike ride away :)
