PROFILE:

Happy creative native of this planet, current living Bristol, UK we move from Cancun Mexico in 2017 :D.
We enjoy the world fine cuisine and like to learn from other cultures, love to travel also.
My husband Marek is from the Czech Republic and my Carmen from Mexico both work at the railway and whenever we have spare time try to keep with some mosaic artisan Practical Art projects
Now we are in Europe, and just getting settled in that is why we still don't feel we are ready to host jet, but we can meet up or in case of emergency please contact us and we could try to figure out a solution.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am in couch surfing because after being a host on airbnb I notice that the community on CS is very strong also, and we want to be part of it too. We are travelers that love to explore the new places though its people, food, culture and outdoors and what a better way to do it by hosting or being a guest so we can get a glam of the places someday we visit, to host people from the places we already follow in love in pass years and just to help other to explore and have the opportunity to get to know new taste trackers with adventurous will for different cuisine

ARTISAN FOOD: We love to explore cultures through their cuisine, love to cook and try all kind of different flavors.

SLOW FOOD, VEGAN, PESCETARIAN WORLD: we are not vegan, just Pescetarians, but we try to learn and practice organic food, no GMO´s, and good healthy but tasty staff
CRAFT BEER: All of them when possible

Life wise? I fall down all the time, and I just shake the dust and try again

Amazing thing I have done that I proud off? I showed my students the true about the mexican food industry (organic, GMOs, Monsanto, etc) and now they are aware and taking measures to take educate decision about their well being.
