ABOUT ME

My name is Marek and I'm an open person who just very very recently discovered couch surfing. I'm Polish/Norwegian with American-English being my first language, and I definitely wouldn't mind learning a bit of some new languages. Generally I'm a very relaxed person unless I'm at a good concert, or unless I'm playing a concert, and I really like learning about new cultures, traditions and just learning about other peoples passions and interests.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe to be a Catholic, but my faith fluctuates quite frequently. Sometimes "believing", and other times having lapses in faith, though I think that one day we'll all see what we're really meant for.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm going to be travelling quite frequently, but after the end of April I'll be staying in Poland for a while (until the summer, at least) and will have at least one couch available.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience whatsoever yet, I'll be heading to Spain in a week so hopefully I'll meet some nice people there!

Interests

I love music, any kind of music that can really spur emotion in a person, after all, that's what music is for me, emotion.
Good movies, yeah I know that's pretty vague ;).
Football (Soccer)! I really enjoy watching the British Premier League, and I'm an Arsenal supporter. I enjoy playing it too from time to time, in general sports are something I enjoy.

My favorite musical genre is pop/punk/rock, bands like "The Offspring", "Blink 182", but I also listen to a lot of other genre's. As long as it's real :).

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach... at the moment I can teach you how to drum! Or a bit of the Polish language :).
I'd like to learn anything new, it's always good to learn new stuff.
