Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends and acquaintances have been visiting regularly but due to Covid, most of them can't come to visit now. I am a Couchsurfing member for ages but haven't given it a proper shot as a host yet. So why not now

Interests

I care about both mental and physical health, mine and others. I am a bit of a sleep geek (Oura is my best friend since 2019). Have been practising cold exposure and Wim hof breathing for some time. Started with callisthenics more intensively recently. Into nutrition science and exploring different types of habits to simplify my days.
