About Me

I would describe myself as an easy-going, open-minded, friendly, grateful and warm-hearted person. I love being around family and friends and have fun.
But I also enjoy time with myself a lot, reading books, listening to music, go for a walk, doing yoga and cooking. And I join a choir where we sing and play instruments with refugees from Syria, Afganistan, Somalia etc. every week.

I love to travel und meet new people to learn from their culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on a 3-months-trip to South East Asia: Visiting the Fullmoon and Jungle Party on Koh Panghan, doing a trip by motorbike in Vietnam and going diving (my deepest fear).

Teach, Learn, Share

Unless you fill yourself up first, you have nothing to give anybody. Therefore it is imperative that you tend to you first. Attend to your joy first. People are responsible for their own joy. When you tend to your own joy and do what makes you feel good, you are a joy to be around and you are a shining example to every child and every person in your life. When you are feeling joy you don't even have to think about giving. It is a natural overflow.

In life we do things. Some we wish we had never done. Some we wish we could replay a million times in our heads. But they all make us who we are. And in the end they shape every detail about us. If we were to reverse any of them, we wouldn't be the person we are. So just live. Make mistakes. Have wonderful memories. But never ever second guess who you are. Where you have been. And most important, where it is you're going.
