About Me

One day I will follow my dreams and passions! One day I will run out of excuses, stop holding on to the past, looking for better time. One day I will travel the World!

And finally, it is now. After quitting my job in March 2015 I’ve done all the things I planned locally, like Vipassana and fire spinning retreat, 10 day water fasting, speedflying training, skydiving instruction, various local music festivals. With lease ending, no family, kids or house, everything aligned perfectly. There simply won’t be better time.

Since December I've got into the largest snow storm in Iceland, went to Finland for a concert, explored Swedish countryside, and London on a bicycle, flew my wing over beaches of Puerto Rico, ate scorpions in Thailand and spent five weeks of backpacking all over Japan, got wingsuit instructor rating and freefly fundamentals in Moscow and enjoyed white nights in St Petersburg... From Boom! in Portugal right to Burning Man in Nevada desert. First serious Eurotrip BASE jumping in Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and wingsuiting off the cliffs of North Italy. Winter - islands of Thailand, NY - Experience festival, ancient temples of Cambodia, biking through Vietam and Laos, month of chill and meditation in India, back to Europe, flying, training, back to Russia - wingsuit aerobatics camp... who knows what's next? :)

The only plan is no plans, if you have an interesting trip coming up and would like a company, of you live abroad and are interested to meet up or host, if you have been places you loved and experiences you highly recommend, or if you know places, things to keep in mind, hints... well, you get the idea – contact me! I don’t have any fixed agenda, just a wanderlust, a lot of energy, a huge bucket list and all the time in the world!
Sail for a while, live and work in a farm, summit mountains, walk or ride a week-long or month-long trail, go to meditation retreat, camp and BASE jump for a month… I’m open to everything and ready to learn, grow and be challenged! Will keep you posted.

And one day, very soon, I’ll come back, get a house and family... and off we go again ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests

Pretty active and into outdoor sports. Hiking, backpacking, back country skier. More and more into flying and jumping, now combine hiking with speed flying and BASE jumping. This year got to wingsuit proximity flying. I'm also skydiving and wing suit instructor for fun.
Music is my other great passion: have formal education in piano, constantly searching and discovering new music and styles.
Recently got into yoga, meditation and flow arts.
