About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Work and travel around the world & figure myself out through the process.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 33 year old architect, costume designer, Language teacher and fitness trainer, amateur dancer and acrobat who wants to travel around the world, work, and submerge myself in as many cultures as I can!
I love to be social and learn new things every day, without losing my focus on my long-term goals. I love the arts, music, gastronomy, exercising, and anything remotely creative. I can go from frivolous to frugal in a snap if I need to, and I consider myself quite a resourceful gal (even though I never really learned to pack light, I'm a nester).
I am a very organized person, yet I love spontaneity, and changing plans on a whim, so I'm really up for any adventure that may come my way.
Most of my friends say I am a human dictionary. I love to learn and remember things of all sorts an natures, and always have a funny/nerdy comment to add to any situation. I am highly sarcastic and up-front, and I always try to wear a smile on my face, whatever the circumstance.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a wonderful, short adventure and I like to make the most of every single day. Carpe Diem never goes out of style.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have made plenty of friends from the CS community in the last eight years. I love spending time around the international minds, and doing everything I can to help those in need of a hand. I am an avid traveler, and take any chance I get to skip around the country (which is all I can afford most of the time) and learn something new. The more you experience, the more you get to spread the love, and open your mind.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've only surfed to houses of friends I've met along the way. The experience I've had was beautiful, and it's going to be quite hard to top. I'm really excited about my big travel plans in the next years and I hope I get to meet new and exhilarating people on the way.

Interests

I'm a very passionate person, and I have a very broad variety of interests. I'm interested in arts and crafts, music, dancing, and entertainment, networking, traveling, studying, learning languages and customs, working, and much much more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love them all! I tend to avoid horror movies, but except for that, I go for it all. Abstruse Russian independent film? Bring it on! The manifest of Dadaism? Absolutely. Post-modern electronic music? I'm right there with ya...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I try to conquer my fear of heights to be able to climb any structure I want (both natural and man-made).
I learned to eat cheese! Believe it or not, I did not enjoy cheese once upon a time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love Architecture and know a lot about the history of architecture in my city and my country. I know a little about a lot of things, and I love to spread the knowledge around.
Some of my areas of expertise involve exact and natural sciences, arts, hand-crafts, cooking, sewing, music (theory and instrumental), and literature.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Spanish or English lessons, travel stories, traditional home-cooked foods, wine, beer and homeaged spirits, city walkthroughs and tours, I'm always open to ideas.

Countries I’ve Visited

Chile, Paraguay, United States, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, United States
