don't cook nor stay home to rest at evening, prefer to join some friend for an aperitivo or go to events, live music etc. Please consider this

i'm quite organized so expect the same from my guests.
Sentences like "i had no data /my phone died" are kinda red flags :) You can always find the way to keep in touch if you consider it necessary.
I take into account I have a guest and will do plans accordingly, so I consider smooth and clear communications a matter of respect.

I'm fine both with males and females but won't accept requests from families, couples, teenagers nor travelers whose purpose is to use their host for cost saving reasons, thank you to confirm understanding when sending a request
