I've really enjoyed hosting this last month. I've met many people from all over the world. I think overall there's a need or want to understand peoples culture, traditions and way of life. I believe if we can except people from all over the world, with their differences, we CAN be one, United, tolerant, accepting, challenged, deep down, we are the same, wanting what our lives have to offer, freedom, peace and life long love. Looking forward to many more encounters from the people who call, wherever they live, our world, HOME.

My children have travelled extensively, our son has couch surfed all over the world and hosted quite a few when he working in China. We have had a few travellers here in the past, thanks to our son. I travelled in 1976-1977 through Europe and actually met Mick, my husband on the ship to England. We got married, had children, mortgages etc and now IM FREE to travel again! The best way to see places is by the locals and their shared knowledge of their home towns.
