About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to learn from, help, and be around other amazing humans.
ABOUT ME
I love getting to know other people. Spend a lot of time volunteering for food not bombs and the local bike co op. I have travelled and moved around my whole life. I found myself in Denver after graduating high school and fell in love with the community here.
PHILOSOPHY
I truly believe in the power of community to create a better world. Through sharing of resources (like couches!) thoughts and labor we can create things that are amazing. I live a lifestyle that doesn't really fit the norm but is surrounded by loving friends and a community that can fix your bike, fill your cupboard and find a bed to lay in then sing you sweetly to sleep.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My two most recent living situations have been collective living/co-op houses where multiple roomates have had couchsurfing accounts. I've loved being able to host new friends, show them around the city and let them take part in the strange life that is collective living.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had some wonderful ones. One couple that stayed with us was travelling to every Occupy camp they could to and document it and they were so incredibly kind and down to do just about anything. They even organized the house free box! (a chore no one wants to do. ever.) We still talk every now and then and I hope to go see them in Canada someday.
Interests
Music, of almost any kind. Creating art. Making food. Conversation. Bikes. Coffee. Animals. DIY/DIT projects. . Water. Friends. Humans of any sort.
