Hey there!

My name is Marharyta, Margherita or Margarita - all the ways to pronounce in different languages :)

I'm a life-long student :) I am studying humanities in Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. I am originally from beautiful Ukraine, and I have also lived as an exchange student in USA, and England, as well as travelled around a bit.

I have danced for 10 years, and have recently discovered Swing-dancing! I enjoy music, trying to learn to play ukulele. I draw or hand-made something from time to time, like postcards or henna drawings. I enjoy writing. I have played soccer for a few month in America.

Whatever is going on, I am into it. Going on a trip arounf the world in a year.
I love people. Different as they are and with various beliefs.
I am willing to devote my life to journalism, loved ones and travelling.

At the moment I lead a student life, so I pretty much travel whenever I come across nice tickets to an interesting place :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Three reasons for CS:

I love people. And I wanna see the world and cultures beyong my everyday life. I believe there is so much more to know! And it's just through the eyes of others that we get to see some truth.

It is cheap. There is no point in concealing that :) It is really, really sad, when people do not get to see the world because they lack money. I mean, really sad. So I love couchsurfing.

It is flexible. I am a person of an impulse, so planning ahead does not always work... But I think it's a win-win - with couchsurfing I get the problem solved and, what is more important, get to meet amazing people!
