We can do some exercises using metaphoric associative cards (look at photos in my profile). These cards enable us to leave out rational thinking to create condition for a dialogue between a person‘s inner and outer worlds).
I can tell you about the different psychological and esoteric practices.
And I can cook a traditional Russian food, of course))
