ABOUT ME
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Although I tend to enjoy living and traveling by myself, I discovered coach surfing recently and think this way of traveling will become an important part of my life. Sharing experience, memories, and simply a good meal with people I wouldn't meet with otherwise is a great life lesson.

Music, Movies, and Books
I grew up listening to Pink Floyd, Gainsbourg and Michel Berger... And now I'm mostly stuck listening to bands and their experiments from the late 60s early 70s. Don't worry though, I do like to discover what's going on currently too.
Movies: The Blues Brothers, Pulp Fiction, Monty Python, Les Tontons Flingueurs, Un Singe en Hiver, La Cité de la Peur...
Tv shows: Peaky Blinders, Archer, Rick and Morty, Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, Vikings, New Girl, Orange is the new black, Hatufim, Occupied etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not amazing for most of the coach surfers, but for me, going on that road/hiking trip with my friend I Cuba and the US for three months is one of the most amazing thing I've done for myself. Stepping out of my comfort zone, and going against what my classmates or relatives wanted me to do right after my Master's.
Organized a coalition with greens and union members at the same table without having them killing each other.
When I was ten, I finished second in a European piano recital--the winner was six and still had his chubby baby hands... But this was a long time ago so don't ask me to play anything now.
Teach, Learn, Share
I guess I can teach:
- English, French (and Spanish),
- cooking ratatouille, buckwheat crêpes, and other French recipes,
- horse-riding
- wake-boarding
- how to fall graciously while walking (I'm always the one falling because I'm looking for the view instead of looking at the trail....).
Learning:
- different cultures, political opinions
- more surfing
- anything, I'm just curious about A LOT of things
