Hey, my name is Margaux, i'm 25 years old, i used to live in the north of France but 3 years ago i was looking for new place to live and i moved in Montpellier, the south, very exotic for a northern girl.
I'm not afraid of that kind of change, i'd rather like it anyway!
I lOve travelling even if i don't do it enough i think.
Before arriving in Montpellier, i stay 9 month in Cezch Republic in Prague, it was an amazing experience of cultural exchange. I learn Cezch language and in the end of my trip i was able to have a small talk with someone.
During my stay in Prague, i travelled around in Budapest, Wien, Slovakia and Czech Republic of course.
I also did a trip through Poland (Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, Zelona Gora). (i love Poland, i understand few words in polish because it's really close to Czech, anyway I love both languages)

I ended my studies in montpellier a year ago and now i'm working with a theater company of Commedia dell' Arte! (so i want to learn italian langage now!)

Now i'm looking for a real flat to host travelers in my future brand new couch but now i'm currently leaving in a small student room so i hope it will change soon!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because since i was in Czech Republic i can't imagine life without meet other culture, and people from other countries, with other language... I love sharing experience of travelling and I think is possible in many different way as Couchsurfing make it possible.

Interests

I'm deeply interesting in arts and culture. I love theater but also music, cinema, photography, every form of art.
I also love to meet people around a beer and talk about everything, discovering different way of thinking, different habits...
I'm in found of food and what people eat in different country ( i'm a nerd of every tv show about travelling and cooking, don't judge me , guilty pleasure) so when i'm travelling (even in France) i want to try every thing even if it is really weird.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Music from classical to rock, i also like eastern european music, folk, electro...
I'm really curious about different kinds of movie, i just know that some big budget movie are not the movie i like in general.
Books.... the only thing i can say about it (i can tell it for music and movie also actually) It's a pity that we have only one life because there is so much stuff i want to read, watch, listen, (eat... wrong place to talk about it sorry)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-walking on a frozen lake in Slovakia
-drink a beer in a bath in Budapest
-quit everything i knew for a new life in a country without speaking the language and knowing anyone
