About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travelling, enjoying, meeting, learning and...travelling again
ABOUT ME
Used to live in London working as a french teacher, moved one year ago back to France, to Paris. I am now working as a literary assistant in books publishing (reading is my job, which is quite pleasant).
I am curious, easy-going, chilled out, not too shy, and eager to know the native people rather than staying in a hostel.
I hope you will let me stay at your place! (i'll make you crêpes if you want)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been hosting couchsurfers during a year when i used to live in France with my 6 other roomates, and it was quite an experience, i really enjoyed meeting people from different horizons. As a surfer myself now, i'm expecting the same kind of experience and sharing!
i'm trying ot know more about myself through the discovery of other languages, other civilisations and of course other people, I much prefer to stay with locals while traveling, as it is the best way to actually be in the country and discover it at the fullest.

Music, Movies, and Books
Electro Pop, Rock, even Rap or Hip-hop sometimes. I enjoy every kind of music as far as it is good one and that you can listen to it (no heavy metal for me please!): Arcade Fire, Austra, The Beatles, David Bowie, The Who, The Kills, Supertramp, Yuksek, Metronomy, Florence+The Machine, The XX, The Knife, Nina Simone, Gainsbourg, Ratatat, Leonard Cohen, Lou Reed, Velvet Underground, Shantel and a lot more.
I'm not a difficult spectator, every kind of movies except action ones, or war fightings and stuff like that. Love comedies, tragedies, suspense, thriller, the whole collection of Hitchcock, some of Almodovar, and the list can be very long!
Books: I've spent the last 5 years studying, analysing and commenting English Literature of the 19th century so i'm trying now to open my mind to any kind of literature! And now as it is part of my job, I read more and more French contemporary literature, and I am actually trying to sell them to Scandinavian countries!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
New Years' eve in Bucharest in 2010 (so for 2011 new year): romanian people are the best for party, and they know how to handle frozen streets, thousands of glasses of mulled wine and fireworks on a night like this.
The Atacama Desert in Chile: very impressive and beautiful. It makes you feel like you're the only one on earth, and the most tiny thing as well.
Countries I’ve Visited
