A bit more about me..
I like to think that life isn't meant to be lived in only one place, so that's one of the main reasons I am on CS. I am sure everyone who's in love with many different places can relate to that. Once you start traveling, it's hard to feel home at home!

Just as most people on this platform I have a deep love for travel and experiencing new cultures. And every now and then when I am actually spending time at home in Belgium, I mostly surround myself with nice, optimistic people and (good) food. I am a curious person, who likes to have a good laugh and explore new things, and share the things I know. Since I few months I am practising first degree Reiki (self)healings, I like to talk and learn more about everything related to yoga, meditation, veganism, mooncycles and positive (manifestation) energy. Firm believer that we create our own path in life! So if you share any of these interests or want to learn more about it as well, we will get along for sure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of staying with people who know the city/country where I'm staying for that moment, so they can show you around and help you getting to know the area in a way no touristic guide will ever do. It's a more personal way to discover new places and traditions, it always lead to new stories, new friends and good times!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled solo through Portugal and Spain in February/March 2018 and it made me so much more aware of myself and the things that are important to me. It wasn't my first solo travel but it surely was a very intense one. I got to know a lot of interesting people who all had new stories to make me fall in love with humanity again.

And deciding to start working as a service rep so I can travel as my full time job is pretty amazing as well!

Small update on that last one: the company I worked for went bust so I am searching for other things that can keep this travel vibe flowing through my (work)life

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook and bake pretty good and I'd love to share this with you. Maybe I can learn you how to make the best Belgian pancakes or a nice vegan burger? I like being creative in a lot of different fields, but also like to learn or finetune new things, such as surfing, speaking another language or new drinking games.
