I am a freelance writer and yoga teacher and I have been living in Asia for the past 10 years. I am an outgoing person with many interests, from good music and movies to cooking and sharing stories. I have travelled a lot all my life, for professional and personal reasons and I like meeting new people from different cultures. I like nature and I also enjoy walks in the city, I practice acroyoga and meditation and I mainly work online, which gives me a lot of flexibility and possibility to travel.

I have travelled a lot with hospitality club and workaway which are platforms.similar to Couchsurfing. Throughout the years, I have also hosted many people through these platforms and I like very much this way of meeting people and sharing cultures as you travel.

I have organized Acroyoga and Yoga trainings for refugees in Indonesia and Malaysia working with refugee communities from Afganistan, Pakistan and Yemen.

This time, I am on Couchsurfing because I am coming to Calais to volunteer at Care4Calais, an organisation that provides food and other commodities to refugee communities in the area. As they don't provide accommodation and I am on a tight budget, I am looking for someone who feels solidarity for the refugee cause and is eager to support me as I volunteer for them. The place is close to Bleirot beach and I don't have a car, so best would be to be closeby or close to a bus station.
