Hey,

my name is Margerie, I'm 25 years old, I live in Montreal.
I graduated from college in graphic design 4 years ago and I still haven't done anything with that yet. I don't really know what I want to do, but in the meantime I work as a waitress just so I can afford to do what I do best and the only thing that makes me feel fulfill, as often as possible: travelling.

I'm easygoing and simple, l like to go out for drinks, or go in a park to drink some sangria or something on a sunny day, I usually just enjoy walking around when I'm in a new place, I'm vegetarian but I'm not crazy strict about it and I try to eat/drink dairy the least I can (I'm having a hard time doing so with ice cream), I try being active by going for a run or a swim every now and then.

I surfed from Belgium to Finland in my first trip in Europe when I was 20 years old and it was a really good experience. I met nice people and I learned and saw things I wouldn't have learned and seen if I had not couchsurfed. Often travelling on my own, I just think it's to best way to connect with people, even locals (which is sometime so hard otherwise). It's just the best way to travel!

I got to sing and dance with my best friends on stage in a punk-rock festival called Vans Warped Tour with one of my favorite band.

I was paddling on a surf board in Hawai'i and a sea turtle was swimming on my side.

I met Jay Adams.

I went up and down Adam's peak in Sri Lanka twice in a row... by mistake.

I wanna learn so many things. I should probably start with cooking.
Would definitely love to be fluent in a third language, maybe Spanish since I learned it at school a little.
