Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I (Margo) used to travel a lot in my 20's. I visited Japan and south-East Asia thanks to couchsurfers and generous locals who hosted me and with whom I shared unforgettable moments.
And I (Julien) am glad to realize that we can still share experiences with people just like this, and totaly agree with the Couchsurfing concept. Money can’t buy everything :)

There are times in life to travel, and there are times to settle and share with those on the road : since we settled down in Aix-en-Provence with Julien (and our dog, Hatchi) in 2018, we have been hosting friends with pleasure !

TO OUR FUTURE GUEST: if you come to Aix-en-Provence for work, for a training etc. taking place in the city center, please be aware that we live 6km away and only a few buses stop by our neighborhood...and riding a bike to our place is quite an adventure... (feasible, though).

Interests

I (Margo) am committed in several associations related to sports or social issue/ civil rights. I founded an association in 2014 to promote breast-cancer screening and support women through their recovering. Julien and I have been involved in the creation of a cooperative supermarket in Aix-en-Provence since 2019 :)
