About Me

Hi, I'm Margot! I'm from New Hampshire and just started school in Georgia. I like to travel, run, hike, read, write (one day I really want to finish a novel), dancing, and embroidery. I love being outside and learning about the world, through both science and the people I meet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met so many wonderful people while studying abroad in Scotland. It was my first time traveling outside the county. I was surrounded by generous, kind, and adventurous people which made it an incredible experience and really sparked my love of hiking and traveling. I feel that the Couchsurfing community it much like that. Last year, I went on a road trip which was my first time Couchsurfing, and this community made our trip so memorable. I hope to continue getting to know others through Couchsurfing and that I can also become a host down the line!
