I am currently doing a social volunteering year in Medellin, Colombia.
I work with boys between the ages 11 and 18 that have problems with drug addiction, criminality and/or behavior.
On the weekends I try to discover as much of Medellin as possible. I wander through the neighborhoods, go to museums and am aspiring to try out all the vegan restaurants.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfig, because I love braking down barriers between people and sharing moments with strangers, that suddenly can become friends.

Interests

I am currently discovering my love for cooking and almost always end up cocking Indian food. It is just so yummy!
But I also love journaling, painting, crafting... Anything that lets me be creative. I am now trying to visit as many neighborhoods and make min. 3 photos of each to try to catch and understand the spirit of the city I am living in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spend a year in Chicago as a host student,and walked on the Camino de Santiago for 5 weeks through northern Spain. Now I'm in Colombia doing a voluntary year in the Fundation Hogares Claret.
