For several years I have helped to organize summer camps for university students from all over Europe to experience the Estonian culture, traditions, e-society and to learn something new in a chosen field ( or example last year the focus was on the topic of human resources). The aim of these camps (Summer Universities) is to create friendships, open-mindedness and better understanding on different cultures.
