My Name is Maria, I'm originally from Germany, near beautiful Munich. I love to travel, as almost everyone on couchsurfing. That's the reason why I decided to study International Business, as this course gives me the opportunity to do that. There is so much to see in the World and I want to explore as many places as possible. The last year I lived in Finland and now I moved to Melbourne to do an internship in Australia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a open-minded poor student girl, who loves to meet new people and culture. Couchsurfing is a way to both save money and get in touch with locals. I am not interested in typical sightseeings but want to get to know a city or country trough the locals eyes. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went swimming in the Arctic Ocean while -20 degrees outside temperature. :) Never would do it again..
