I am currently studying architecture in San Diego. Born in the Philippines, then moved to the United States and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Started college in Orange County, CA and now in university San Diego, CA.

I will be studying abroad in Rome for my Fall 2015 semester with three friends who are also my classmates and we will be traveling through Europe as much as we can squeeze into the calendar.

I am not new to traveling, as I have traveled growing up, but it will be my first time in Europe and I am super excited to see what Europe is all about.

To be able to see and experience the beauty of different cultures from a local perspective and not from hotel brochures and travel guides.

I'm only 23...I have yet to think about what has happened in my life that I've done worth mentioning at the moment. Maybe that 'one amazing' thing will happen during my time in Europe... what happens in Europe stays in Europe, am I right?
