I always find it difficult to describe myself. It usually goes one of two ways. I either don't say much and just nod at other people's questions or I never stop talking. Nevertheless I'll try to say a few things about me. My ego will surely enjoy a bit of self-praising 😀

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've recently moved back to Cluj, Romania after living in Italy for 9 years and I'm yet to adjust to the lifestyle Romania has to offer. I'm not available for hosting but I'd be more than happy to meet and hang out with people from different parts of the world, practicing my languages and exchanging experiences. Interests

I'm a bookworm so my favorite places are bookstores and libraries. Nothing compares to the smell of a book (Yeah, I'm one of those people) while sipping some tea on a rainy afternoon. I definitely do not read as much as I'd like to for various reasons, but if there are other like minded geeks out there who might want to share book recommendations I'm all ears 😊

I'm a dog person. I always say I hate cats, but that's a bit harsh perhaps, as I do not hate them. But I just think they're lazy sophisticated brats that destroy every piece of furniture, drapes, electronic devices etc. 😀 Just kidding, giving as though I'm more of an outdoorsy person, dogs seem to go hand in hand with my personality.

I love coffee, tea, wine and beer although the order would probably be slightly inverted with wine on the first place. And no, I'm not the 'Let's get drunk on the mini bar' type of girl before you get the wrong idea.

I absolutely love the sound of trains and train rides in general. I find it soothing and adventurous at the same time.

I am also a travelholic, and I plan on travelling as much as possible in the near future. I travel for travel's sake 💛

I have a passion for cooking/baking and especially eating 😂

How about I just leave this field with no additional information. It conveys a little bit of mystery. Do I listen to Gigi D'Alessio or am I really into Metallica? Do I love Horror Movies or do I swoon every time I see a Clark Gable movie? I guess you'll never know 😛

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English as well as other languages I'm fluent in. But at the same time I'd love to practice the languages I'm already learning as well as some I plan on studying in the future. I'm eager to learn a bit about everything because as Albert Einstein would say: "I don't have any special talents, I'm just passionately curious."
