Overview
About Me
Absolutely passionate about science, geeky and open-minded geologist, eager to explore the world and learn continuously. I get excited about news from Mars or Pluto.
I like to keep order in everything: school, personal life, job, hobbies. I love to make to-do lists for myself and enjoy crossing things down when I had finished them. To my mind, the sense of achievement is the most valuable emotion that human could experience.
During my university life, I have lived in Russia, Estonia, USA, and Sweden. I have done Erasmus, door-to-door sales, volunteering, and lots of geological field trips. Currently, I am based in Tallinn where I work as a geologist.
I collect rocks, study programming, and Spanish, run long distances and learn to how cook.
Since the last year, I travel together with my web-guru-designer-boyfriend Aleksandr who is able to fix all the complicated things like computers and sockets :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I admire hitchhikers and "backpack"-guys, who have a natural ability to appreciate very simple things such as nice weather, good food, their own families, and homes. I do not take seriously people who prefer "all included" hotels as well as "lying on the beach" vacations.

Music, Movies, and Books
As a fan of archaeology, anthropology and human evolution I started to read more books related to these topics. I am currently reading "Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed" by Jared M. Diamond.
I am planning to read more about Australian aborigines in future.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
#hitch-hiked through the Siberia to see the Baikal Lake in 2015
