My name is Maria and Ι am an undergratuate student in the department of philology, Modern Greek literature, Ancient Greek and Byzantine studies, in the university of Crete.
I am a kind and social person who wants to travel and meet other people and cultures. Since I remember myself I had an intuitive curiosity for exploring and learning. Throughout the years, I have satisfied this wish by reading books, studing in the university and travelling.
Ι love interacting with others but I am also trying to be gentle and discreet.
People say that I am really talkative and energetic, something which is actually true.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am still a student, I work only during the summer and travelling can cost a lot. Since I was informed about the "couchsurfing" I felt it was a great opportunity. Furthermore, besides the money saving, I don't want just to visit some countries, I want to get familiarized with their culture and talk with people who maybe share a different point of view.
