About Me

I've been a world traveler from birth and never lost the taste for the open road or skies. I've lived for extended periods in six different countries on four different continents and traveled to many more. Learning about new cultures is one of my passions. Traveling has been my biggest and fondest teacher.

All new experiences are welcome, whether that's singing bad karaoke in another language, learning a new dance step, hiking through the forest, eating cheap street food, trying a new alcoholic ferment or whatever else it may be.

I'm also an aspiring permaculturalist learning about sustainable living and getting new ideas from people about how to live in a meaningful and healthy way in terms of arts and community as well as gardening and farming.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To open my mind through places and people so different from all the worlds I've known and to share meaningful moments on the road with meaningful people.

I love to cook, garden, paint, and dance, but am open to pretty much anything.

Traveled the river in heart of Borneo with a British friend and his friends from an indigenous community from the heart of Borneo. We also managed to visit the first settlement of the last nomadic tribe of Borneo. Amazing inspiration!
