我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm really excited to have finally made the leap across the pond. The only problem with moving to another country is that you have to essentially start over building up a network of friends. I want to push myself into new experiences, meet new people and see more of my new country!

I'm really interested in learning new things. I love listening to people talk about things they are passionate and knowledgable about. I'm always trying to expand my perspective on the world. Some topics i'm really interested are fashion, architecture, design, kickass ladies, history, and pop culture.

I also love talking about the differences between places!

As you can probably tell from the pictures of my flat I'm a big fan of reading. I try to read broadly from fantasy, YA, non-fiction, manga, sci-fi, comics of all kinds etc I'm always interested in book recommendations if you have them! Some of my favorite authors are Tamora Pierce, G.R.R.M., John Green, Brian K. Vaughan, Erin Morgenstern, J.k. Rowling & Robin Sloan.

I love watching movies although I don't own very many. My favorite kinds of movies are end of the world ones such as Day After Tomorrow, World War Z, Armageddon.

I also really love some shows such as Jessica Jones, Steven Universe, Haikyuu, Bones, Agents of Shield, Brooklynn Nine Nine, One Punch Man, and Empire.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I got to attend the very first Vidcon in 2010. I went to LA all by myself for the weekend and it was crazy and loads of fun. Definitely an experience I'll never forget.
