I moved to London for a year in 2021 and found a home here.

I enjoy my life, work, teach and volunteer, dance (ballroom and bachata, but don't mind any social couple dance), constantly learn new things, and go to museums, concerts, and theatres.

I perceive my life through sounds and sharing and can't live without music, touch, summer fests, and sunsets. To be happy, I need to make a difference. Making someone feel happier or smile today would be enough. It's all about small things (though my ADHD also pushes me toward bigger ones).

I was born (and lived most of the time) in Moscow, lived in Paris twice, Clermont-Ferrand, St. Petersburg, and Limassol.

Linguist by education, journalist and marketing lead by profession, I finally found my true self through being a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist which is my full-time job for 3 years now. My clients are one of the most powerful sources of inspiration and hope, as of now.
