I'm convinced that any description can't say too much about person. Meeting someone is possible only in real contact. I believe that silence can tell more than words and that eye contact without expectations is a way to be in authenticity. I really like meeting people through their souls.
I'm rather a quiet, calm person. I try to practice meditation and mindfulness in every moment of daily life as a way to be closer and closer with myself and don't provoke any tensions inside and outside. Sometimes this is easy, sometimes difficult. Like waves. And probably natural like everything what is periodicity. I'm still learning how to observe it. Just observe. And breathe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
