ABOUT ME

with a smile in your face little things around you are more bright. share what you have and you are will get more out of it, that is the way i do. to be tolerant for me, means to go out, talk to people, on a parkbanch or on a bus, be intrested in the stories of the others, get to know how they think, how they see things, how they live their life and take a piece with you! i like to be easy and i like others to be easy to...independent and free as a bird :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Looking for another possibility to get to know a country and it´s people living a normal life! For the next two months i can´t offer MY couch, because i just own now a few shirts, hiking shoes and some books. But the flight is booked, so theres my home waiting in Vienna, for me and for people like me, looking for a cosy place to stay, where you can feel like home for some days!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spain. Early in the morning - where are we? what was the name of the town again? hmm, oh yeah, Pablo told us, that he has a couch for us. jipiii. but will he show up, you don´t know. you don´t know who is Pablo, you just saw a nice smiling picture and you wait. You already think, that you gonna go and look for a accomodation in this town, you not even can spell the name! and there he is, a big smile, waving and screming: hooola, que tal! jump in, we gonna go to the beach!! welcome to my town. and you are happy as hell.

i had just wonderful experiences. it always worked out fine. Thanks to my friend Julie y had the opportunity to get to know CS...she asked always for the two of us. And now - now i want to be part of it too...

Interests

hiking for hours and then discovering a little waterfall, loose myself in a city i don´t know and have coffee at a small "plaza" watching what´s happening around you. i enjoy having a glass of wine, a good conversation, cook with friends - drink cold, tasty beer and dance for hours until your sweating as hell...

Music, Movies, and Books

at the moment can´t stop listening to calle 13, jarabe de palo, muchachito, callejeros - all the wonderful spanish music, i love to dance to electro, but my ears and soul also loves tunng, band of horses, Ratatat and the xx for example...
i just read two Hesse books one after the other, and always looking for a good spanish one!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the open see, days on a sailboat, the best way i "crossed" a border was on the sailboat from Panama to Colombia!
One of the best feelings is, to feel at home in a country where you have never been before, everthing is new for you, but you meet people you make you feel - just at home!

Teach, Learn, Share

i never want to stop learning. sometimes you just learn about watching other peoples lives. i´m very intrested in improving my spanish - i enjoy speaking spanish soo much, and well, i speak austrian-german :) quite well...i´m on the way to get 3 balls in the air, maybe you can teach me how to juggle better!
