I am open and friendly person. Follow helthy lifestyle, vegetarian. Like travel with meaning, like help - as volunteer, love animals, nature. I am learning to live consciously and to be useful to others.

I like to share and listen to life experience, which benefits for a happy life.

⛔I do not drink alcohol, I do not smoke, I do not like night life, parties with alcohol.
✔️I like herbal tea, natural juices, healthy food. I like to swim, ride a bicycle, trekking. Also like to meditate, practice yoga.. lead a healthy and conscious way of life.

And of course I like to dance and teach dances in my class - for childrens, womens, couples, ect.

Dance for me is not just movements - it's all that you think and create for yourself and others. Dance is a state of mind. Dance is a conversation with a master who lives inside of you.

True freedom for me - when you can love without conditions, without infringing the freedom of another person. When you can live without suffering in the mind, and with generosity and compassion to those who need help.

BOOKS: My first book in this life - "the Alchemist", Then "the Little Prince", "Eat, Pray, Love", Osho's "Awareness"...and other. But most of all I like to read the living book of universal wisdom. In daily living natural being, interacting with people, especially with friends and family, watching their vices and freeing yourself with your awareness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🏔️I went to trekking high in the mountain (5700 meters above sea level) whatever the sacred mountain of Kailas in Tibet (2014)
⛰️🏍️Went to the hike on the motorway Evenger at the highest road world in the Himalayas in the north in India (2014).
🌍💃Participated as a choreographer in the community of free travelers sunsurfers.ru in Vietnam (2014), in Georgia (2015), in Africa - Morocco (2017), in Mexico (2018)

🙏🕉️Practiced Vipassana, this is a deep practice of silence 10 days, immersed in the study of the nature of my mind in the center of meditation in Nepal 10 days (2014), in the center of meditation in Vietnam 10 days worked as volunteer and meditated every day for several hours (2014) and in Peru in Calca as a student 10 days (2018)

✔️Found the good work and remained alone for one year in India (2013, 2014, 2015), four months in Malaysia (2013) and three months in Thailand (2013).

🙌 Has participated as Volunteer: in Mexico one month (2018), in Peru one month in Buddhism center, Cusco (2018), In 3 Hostel's in Pisac, Sacred Valley.
